DEW maintains a fully staffed ISS and ILS department for all systems and equipment developed by DEW. DEW offers in-house manufacturing, testing and servicing, spare parts, field service and training across the defence and civilian sectors. DEW produces technical publications and training manuals in Standard Generalized Markup Language (SGML), and provides field service representatives (FSR) and trainers. Customer service is key at all points of the life cycle from concept to combat.
