DEW can provide a complete range of testing and approval of our armor systems, including ballistic, mine-blast, and IED testing. Our on-site test range is able to test up to 14.5 mm ammunition and is staffed by experienced weapons technicians. DEW has established relationships with commercial explosive test facilities and government/military facilities for the testing of mine-blast and IED protection systems and can perform testing to stringent NATO or other standards. DEW Engineering has designed, manufactured and supplied over 3,400 modular armor kits or integrated cabs for various military vehicle types. DEW also has in-house systems.
