Research and Development

R&D is at the core of our innovation. We focus on new applications of both new and old technologies to develop unique ideas from concept to design. As part of the co-located Systems Engineering group, our structure and collaborative environment lets us add expertise or other resources to our R&D efforts when it is needed, driving down both development time and costs.

At DEW, we have R&D capability to support each of our business units, and the flexibility to pursue new opportunities waiting for innovative solutions.

DEW has a Software and Automation capability within the Research and Development Group which develops complete solutions for control systems from sensor selection to building custom user interfaces.  By leveraging our in-house test lab we are able to cut development time and maintain a quality-of-service level for all our products throughout their lifecycle.

DEW R&D expertise and capacity can also be used to compliment the R&D programs of our strategic partners.
